Quick and easy Asian Grilled Chicken


Ingredients : 

4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon curry powder


Preparation :

Place the soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, sweet chili sauce, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and curry powder in a large plastic bag. Seal and knead the bag with your fingers to mix all the ingredients . Place the chicken thighs into the marinade, squeeze out the air from the bag, close the bag, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-low heat.Remove the chicken from the bag, pour the excess marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a full boil for about 1 minute to sterilize the marinade.Grill the chicken thighs until they are no longer pink in the middle and show grill marks, about 35 minutes.Yes asian Grilled Chicken is ready to serve.

Ingredients : 

8 chicken drumsticks with skin
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 small hot chili pepper, slit open, seeds removed
1 garlic clove, peeled and bruised



Preparation :

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over middle heat.Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes.Remove scum if rises to the surface.Increase the heat, turning the drumsticks frequently in the liquid, and cook until the liquid has reduced to a sticky glaze.Arrange the chicken on a serving platter, remove the garlic clove and chili from the liquid, and spoon the glaze over.Ahhh--- Mums Chicken is ready to serve,eanjoy it.

Ingredients : 

Boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
2/3 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water

Preparation :

Heat oil in a large skillet,put the chicken pieces and fry until lightly browned.Take the chicken out and keep aside.Put remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.Now put the chicken and bring to a hard boil.Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.Your Bourbon Chicken is ready...Enjoy with plain rice.

Lebanese Recipes : Stuffed Cabbage with Vegetables and Beef Steak


Ingredients :

Large leaves white cabbage 15
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1½ cups fresh parsley chopped
Olive oil 2 tablespoons 
Fresh mint chopped 3 tablespoons 
Ground cinnamon ¾ teaspoon
Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon 
Rice 150 g, soaked for half an hour in water and drained
½ cup lemon juice
Lean beef 500 g, steak
3 cubes Chicken Less Salt Bouillon
1250 ml boiling water 
Dried mint powder 1 tablespoon 



Preparation :

Boil cabbage leaves for 5-8 minutes until become soft and bendable. Drain and remove the hard stem at the middle of each leaf. Set aside.Combine chopped onions, tomato, parsley, olive oil, fresh mint, cinnamon powder, black pepper, rice and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.Add 2 tablespoons of filling at the edge of each cabbage leaf in sequence. Roll into a parcel and cut off the loose sides.Arrange beef steak pieces at the bottom of a large pot and cabbage parcels next to each other on top of the steak pieces.Dissolve Chicken Less Salt Bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour it over the cabbage parcels. Press with a plate on top and bring to boil then simmer on low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes. Garnish with dried mint and ready to serve.

Arabian Recipes : How to prepared Beef and Vegetables Soup


Ingredients : 

40 g pearled barley
Lean beef 200 g , cut into small cubes
1.25 l water 
Ground dried thyme 1 teaspoon 
1 small carrot cut into small cubes
Onion  chopped 80 g
1 sachet Vegetables Soup
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnishing



Procedure:

Add pearled barley and beef cubes to a large saucepan. Add water and bring to boil. Cover it properly and simmer on low heat for 10-15  minutes.Add the remaining ingredients Ground dried thyme,carrot,onion chopped,Vegetables Soup ,and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

How to prepared mashed long beans


Ingredients :

Long Beans- 500 gm
Onion chopped- 1 cup
Garlic chopped - 5 clove
Green chili- 7- 8 pieces 
Turmeric powder- half ts
Cumin powder- half ts
Lemon juice- 1 Tbs
Salt-  to taste
Mustard oil- 2 Tbs
Coriander leaf chopped - 2 Tbs



Procedure:

First wash and cut the long beans in half inch size and keep aside.Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic in the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.Then add the cut beans, green chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt, and fry all of them in a medium heat around 15 minutes until they become soft Then add the chopped coriander leaf and turn off the heat.Let the cooked beans to cool down and then mashed it on the mortar & pestle or in a chopper.Ready your mashed beans and serve with plain rice.

Ingredients :

Cauliflower
Yoghurt
Salt
Chilli powder
Sugar
Almond paste
Raisins


Method :

Blanch Cauliflower florets in salt water, drain and keep aside.Make a gravy with plain yoghurt, salt, chilli powder, pinch of sugar, almond paste,raisins.Pour gravy over Cauliflower and keep for at least 1 hour and put cauliflower in till the florets are cooked through and tops are brown.Garnish with Corriander leaves and slit green chilli prior to serving.

Traditional yogurt drink Borhani


Borhani is Traditional yogurt drink served at wedding ceremonies in Bangladesh.Most of the occasion or ceremony will be arranged Borhani.So I,m going to share with you the recipes of Borhani.



Ingredients :

White & Sour Yogurt half kg.
Coriander Leaf paste Half teaspoon.
Green Chilly paste Half teaspoon
Mint leaf paste half teaspoon.
Cumin powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
White mustard seed powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder – 3/4 teaspoon
Sugar – 3 teaspoon
Tomato sauce- 1 teaspoon
White salt as per taste
Chat Salt half teaspoon


Method :

Add one glass of normal water in the Yogurt and beat until it becomes smooth.

If you see, the yogurt is very thick, then add 1 glass (normal) of water but if not then 1/2 glass of water & beat until it becomes smooth.Now strain the mint leaf paste, chilli paste, coriander paste together.Then add the rest of the ingredients into the yogurt & mix very well.Your Borhani is ready to serve.

Make tasty Chicken Curry


INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Breasts Skinned – 1.5 lbs 
Coconut Milk – 1 1/2 Cup 
Red Pepper – 1 
Green Pepper – 1 
Onions – 2 Medium 
Medium Chinese Eggplant – 1 
Mushrooms – 4 
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp 
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp 
Ginger 
Cinnamon and Cardamon powder – 1/2 tsp 
Cumin powder – 1 tsp 
Coriander powder – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste  
Sugar to taste 
Oil



METHOD:

Make chicken into small peices and keep aside and vegetables into small pieces. Put oil over high heat. Put all vegetables and ginger and add salt and simmer, covered. When the vegetables are half cooked, put the chicken peices. Keep stirring occasionally so that it is cooked uniformly. When chicken is almost cooked, add tumeric, cumin, coriander and chilli powder. Fry for  more times. Add the coconut milk . Bring the mixture to boil. Put the cinamon and cardamon powder before turning off the flame and stir well. WoW--- Ready to serve your Chicken Curry with plain rice.

INGREDIENTS:

Whole chicken 1 pices
Two midsized onions
Cardamom, clove, cinnamon One Tbs
One Tbs of whole black pepper
Blended ginger Four Tbs
Natural yogurt Four cups
Two red chillies

How to Make Kacci Biryani ?


Ingredients:

Mutton-One kg
Bashmati rice- Half kg
Potato - 3 medium size
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Cinnamon stick -4 pieces
Cardamom-5-6 pieces
Bay leaf- 4 pieces
Clove-3-4 pieces
Ginger paste- 1 and 1/2 Tbs
Garlic paste-1 and 1/2 Tbs
Garam masala powder- 1 Ts
Cumin powder- 1 Ts
Red chili powder- 1 Ts
Raisin -10 pieces
Black pepper powder- 1 Ts
Nutmeg powder - 1/2 Ts
Keora water-1/2 Tbs
Mace powder - 1/2 Ts
Dried prune-7-8 pieces
Oil- 2 Tbs
Ghee- 1/2 cup
Sugar-1 ts
Salt- 2 Tbs or according to your taste




Procedure:

Wash the mutton properly and keep them on a strainer to drain the excess water.Take the mutton in the pan and add yogurt, salt, sugar, half of the ghee, ginger paste, garlic paste, whole masala loke cinnamon, cardamom, clove, bay leaf and all powder masala.Cover it and keep it aside to marinate for around 2 to 3 hours.fry the potatoes lightly in oil.Then fry the chopped onion till it get nice golden color and take them out on a paper towel to soak extra oil.Wash rice and cook it half and drain through a strainer to drain water,Add milk on the top of the mutton and then spread the rice on it.Then spread the fried potatoes , fried onion, rest of the ghee, Dried prune, raisin, keora water one by one on the top.Then cover the pan with lid. If the lid is not tight enough, seal the edge with flour dough.Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Then put the pan in the oven and bake it around 15 to 20 minutes and then  reduce the heat to 320 degree F and bake it around 40-50 minutes.Then turn off the oven and leave it for around 20 to 30 minutes.Carefully open the lid and slowly mix the biryani from the bottom to top to make an even mix of mutton and rice in the biryani ...WoW ---- Serve your biryani hot and enjoy....

Duck akhani Pulao


Materials : 

Cooked meat : Duck meat, including bones and half kg. Two Table-spoons onion paste.1 table-spoon of ginger paste.1 tea-spoon of garlic paste.3 table-spoons of yogurt.1 teaspoon of chili paste.Chili unbroken 6/7.1 cup of chopped onion.Hot spice powder 1 teaspoon.Like salt to taste.Oil 1 cup.hot water 1 cup



For Pulao : Rice half KG.1 cup of onion beresta.1 cup of Ghee.Mawa 1 cup.1 cup of milk powder.1 table-spoon of raisins.1 table-spoon of almond chop.Prune 5-6.Two boiled eggs.

Water for Pulao : One and a half liters of water.4-5 slices of duck bones.Half teaspoon of Shahi cumin.Cloves 7/8.Cardamom, about 4-5 to be smashed.Pepper 8-10.Pep leaves two.Two cinnamon.

Recipe :  Washed and cut the duck meat and Clean properly.Put all the spice paste and mix with yogurt for 1 hour. Fry the Chopped onion with oil and duck meat to be cooked properly.After cooked put up a pot of meat.Take another  sauce pan with water for pulao with all the ingredients together.Rice should be washed with water loss.put the cooked duck meatin the pan With 1 liter of water and milk powder on it and will be moving with hot spices and rice.will keep sagging covered with beresta, raisins, badamakuci, prunes, salt and onions after boiled it. After 10 minutes, open the lid  covered with duck meat  and cook some pulao to bottom  furnishes gentle simmer for another 15 minutes.Serve hot duck akhani Pulao with boiled egg.

Arabian food : Rice with Shrimp


materials : Shrimp one kilogram, Half a cup of chopped onion, Rice four cups, Corn oil one cup, Tomato Puri two cup, Salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,One teaspoon of cinnamon powder,Sugar,3 table spoon of almond.



Recipe : Remove cobs of the shrimp.Take little salt and spices with shrimp and roll on flour.8 cups of water with a pot on the stove.While boiling the water put 2 teaspoon of cornoil,tamato,salt,Cinnamon and black pepper.Water take off from rice after washed.When rice is cooked put nuts and sugar take some time for sagging.Take a pane with corn oil and fry the onion in brown colors and fry the shrimp for 5-6 minutes.Poured the fried shrimp on the rice with serving dish.
