INGREDIENTS:
Whole chicken 1 pices
Two midsized onions
Cardamom, clove, cinnamon One Tbs
One Tbs of whole black pepper
Blended ginger Four Tbs
Natural yogurt Four cups
Two red chillies
Clarified butter half cup.
METHOD:
Marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour in the yogurt,heat the ghee,Saute the whole spices and the chillies,Fry the ginger paste and onions, add the chicken and with out any water Cook covered on medium heat for twenty minutes.Then Enjoy your Chicken rezala.
